📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and instructions to follow your delivery.

🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal

Estimated delivery in 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping: €3.99 — free on orders over €75
  • Carrier: CTT or DPD (depending on area)
  • Alternative pick-up point available

🏝️ Açores & Madeira

Estimated delivery in 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping: €6.99
  • Costs and timeframes may vary depending on the destination island

🌍 Europe (European Union)

Estimated delivery in 8 to 17 business days after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping: €9.99
  • No additional customs fees for deliveries within the EU
  • Tracking number included

✈️ International (outside the EU)

For destinations outside the European Union, please contact us at contact@elysen.net to confirm availability and shipping costs.

International imports may be subject to customs duties and additional taxes in the destination country — these costs are the recipient's responsibility.

Timeframes shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, strikes, etc.).

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your tracking number and we will investigate immediately.

📝 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the address.
